Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following from a recognized University/Institute:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Instrumentation.
- B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of the basic streams mentioned above.
- Three years Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or combinations.
- Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in the above basic streams or combinations.
2. Age Limit (as of 01.07.2024)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 36 Years*
- (Includes a one-time 3-year relaxation due to the pandemic).
- Category Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years).
Exam Pattern (CBT)
The selection is based on a single-stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.

Important Instructions for Exam Day
- Mandatory Documents: Bring a printed copy of the Admit Card and an Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.).
- Aadhaar Authentication: Biometric authentication using Aadhaar will be conducted at the center. Ensure your Aadhaar is updated.
- Banned Items: Mobile phones, bluetooth devices, calculators, smartwatches, belts, and metallic jewelry are strictly prohibited.
