🎓 Program Offerings & Selection Criteria

1. Research Programs [Ph.D. / M.Tech (Research)]

  • Faculty: Science, Engineering, Interdisciplinary, and Medical Sciences (Public Health).
  • Eligibility: Bachelor's (Engg/Tech/4-yr Science) or Master's degree with a valid GATE / NET JRF score.
  • Selection: Shortlisting via National Tests followed by an in-person interview.

2. Course Programs (Professional Master's)

  • M.Tech: Selection based on 100% GATE score for some departments; others use a 70% GATE + 30% Interview/Written Test split.
  • M.Des (Design): Valid GATE / CEED / CAT score required.
  • M.Mgt (Management): GATE / CAT / GMAT scores + UG performance + Communication Skills.

3. Undergraduate Programs

  • B.S. (Research): 4-year program. Admission via JEE Advanced 2026 or IAT 2026.

Part 2: UGC New Fellowship Schemes 2026

The UGC has introduced specialized grants to foster research culture among both active and retired faculty members.

1. Research Grant for In-Service Faculty

Designed for regularly appointed faculty members in diverse academic institutions to promote specialized research.
